“Despite the flat phase that the market has been witnessing due to the political situation, the Lebanese real estate sector has lately been observing an accentuated slowdown in activity. With the support of our clients, we have decided to inject a breath of fresh air into the market with the launch of Dream that was perfectly scheduled during the independence weekend”, said Mr. Nabil Baz, General Manager of Promofair. The timing of the exhibition confirmed that the real estate sector in Lebanon is still promising as the circumstances surrounding the region proved that the real estate market in Lebanon is not directly affected.
One of the key themes at this year’s expo, was the investment in the local as well as the European markets, in particular, in Portugal, Cyprus, Greece and Turkey.
Organized by Promofair, Dream, the fundamental business platform, had always provided excellent opportunities for both real estate companies and top developers and came up to challenge the prevailing domestic insecurity to bring home buyers the right choice, sparing them the time of going around the market.
Dream 2015 also featured panels and conferences that will bring the latest news and insights about the real estate sector. The program presented perspectives regarding the evolution of the market and highlight the promising future of the real estate industry in Lebanon.
This excellent forum, once again, has positioned itself clearly ahead of all other trade fairs in the Property sector.
Through Dream, the future can be seen with optimism!
